The Greater Noida authority has launched an inquiry into the alleged irregularities in allotment of seven plots at the knowledge parks here.
The inquiry was ordered following a directive from Sitaram Yadav, Joint Secretary, on a complaint by the Association for Prevention of Corruption that allotments of land were made to fake companies.
The state government has asked the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) to investigate the complaints and inform Yogi Adityanath dispensation in one month.

President of the Association, Sandeep Pahal had written to the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister that Association president Sandeep Pahal had written to the UP chief minister alleging that fake allotments were made at the knowledge parks.
"The case pertains to allotments of plot numbers 22/1, 22/2 and 22/3 at Knowledge Park 2 and plots 27C and 27D at Knowledge park 3 and plots 1A/4 1A/5 at Knowledge park 1. We had demanded inquiry. We had also given documentary evidence to the state government proving that these are Benami properties allotted to fake companies," said D K Garg, a representative of the Association.
