Inquiry ordered into patient's death in govt hospital

The patient was admitted in the emergency ward last night and died allegedly due to the negligence of medical officer B Sagar.

As the news of his death spread, his family members created ruckus in the hospital following which CMO R C Pandey constituted a two-member committee to probe the incident.
