Insecticides India ties up with Japan's Nihon Nohyaku

Agro-chemical firm Insecticides India (IIL) today said it has tied up with Japan's Nihon Nohyaku Co to launch new products for paddy, pulses and vegetable crops.

IIL will launch a new generation insecticide with the brand name SUZUKA. It plans to introduce one more brand HAKKO, an insecticide for BPH in paddy crop.

"We always endeavour to bring the new technology products to the farmers within their reach. We are very pleased to partner with Nihon Nohyaku Co Ltd, Japan, for launching SUZUKA, for the benefit of our farmers. This is another prestigious addition to our product range," IIL MD Rajesh Aggarwal said.
 

Insecticides India Ltd, a BSE and NSE listed company, had posted a turnover of nearly Rs 1,000 crore last fiscal.

ILL has formulation facilities in Chopanki (Rajasthan), Samba and Udhampur (Jammu & Kashmir) and Dahej (Gujarat). It also has technical synthesis plants at Chopanki and Dahej to manufacture technical grade chemicals.
