Intense heat wave conditions prevailed in parts of Rajasthan today where Churu recorded the highest temperature of 47.5 degrees Celsius.
Sriganganagar and Barmer registered a maximum of 46.6 degrees Celsius while Bikaner and Jaisalmer recorded 45.6 degrees Celsius, according to the Meteorological department here.
Kota, Jodhpur, Jaipur and Ajmer recorded the day temperatures of 45.3, 44.6, 44.2 and 43.5 degrees Celsius respectively.
Heat wave conditions have been prevailing in some parts in the state and weather conditions are likely to remain the same during the next 24 hours.
