Western India's leading amateur golfers will lock horns at the 18th Grover Vineyards Inter-Club Golf Championships that tees off here on February 8.
The two-day event will feature players from the four leading clubs in Western India -- Bombay Presidency Golf Club, United Services Club, Willingdon Sports Club and Poona Club.
To be played in the round-robin format on the lines of Ryder Cup, each team is represented by 24 players, of whom 21 will play each day at the golf course of Bombay Presidency Golf Club.

"We are committed to making this event a high quality tournament that gives golf enthusiasts an opportunity to bond besides competing at an amateur level. This is one of the most sought tournaments in the western region and we aim to take it to the north and south regions," said Kapil Grover, Chairman of Grover Zampa Vineyards, the organisers.
