Acting on a tip-off, police arrested Nigerian national Henry Nath from Sushant Lok area and recovered 410 gram brown sugar hidden in a wooden chess board from his possession, Gurgaon East DCP Maheshwar Dayal said.
On April 19, police had arrested one Raghvendra Kumar and recovered 370 gram brown sugar from his possession.
During interrogation, Kumar informed police about the international drug racket, which he was operating with the help of Henry for the past 18 months.
Kumar told police they had sent drugs to around 18 countries, including the US, UK, Spain, France, China, Australia and African nations.
Following the information provided by Kumar, Henry was arrested.
Various courier agencies from Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad and Noida were used as medium to deliver the packet containing drugs, the DCP said.
To avoid getting caught, the gang members used fake identity to book these couriers, he said.
