Isolated places in Gangetic Bengal to experience thunderstorm

The Met department today said that isolated places in Gangetic West Bengal are likely to experience thunderstorm with gusty wind and lightning till tomorrow morning.

Thunderstorm accompanied with gusty wind and lightning at isolated places are very likely to occur in Gangetic West Bengal, the weatherman said.

The Met department said that north Bengal districts are likely to receive one or two spells of rain in its forecast for the next three days.

Districts in Gangetic West Bengal in the southern part of the state are likely to receive scattered rains in three days from tomorrow.

Most places in the state remained dry as per Met recordings till 8.30 AM today.
 

The metropolis, which also remained dry during the period, was hot and humid during the day with temperatures hovering around 34.5 degree Celsius.
