Israel has evinced keen interest in exploring possibilities for cooperation with Haryana in dairy farming and horticulture to establish extension centres in the state, an official release said.
Israeli Ambassador Daniel Carmon along with a delegation called on Haryana Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare Minister O P Dhankar here today and apprised him about the projects being implemented in India under the Indo-Israeli Agriculture Project, the release said here.
The Centres of Excellence for Vegetables and Citrus Fruits have already been established in the state. He said that Israel was now keen to enter tripartite agreement with Haryana through its agency for extending cooperation in conducting training seminars and other works, it said.

He said a delegation would also be sent to Israel for the same purpose and invited the Ambassador to attend the Agri Leadership Summit to be organised at Surajkund from March 18 to 20.
