Israel has evinced keen interest in mutual cooperation with Haryana in the fields of education, innovation, irrigation and dairy farming, besides further strengthening the collaboration in various ongoing agriculture and horticulture projects, a government release said.
Israel Ambassador Daniel Carmon, who called on Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar here today, invited him to visit Israel to attend 'Agritech-2018' scheduled to be held from May 8 to 10 to view the latest technology being adopted by Israel.
Referring to the Centre of Excellence set up in Haryana, the chief minister said that he has recently inaugurated the country's first 'Integrated Bee-keeping Development Centre' set up under the Indo-Israel project in Kurukshetra.

Carmon said that four centres of excellence have been set up in Haryana under the Indo-Israel project and work is underway for the setting up of fifth such centre.
