Israel, Haryana explore possibilities of mutual cooperation

Israel and Haryana today explored possibilities of mutual cooperation in the areas of treatment of effluents, security, cyber security and start-ups and development of smart cities.

Talks in this regard were held during the first meeting of the Israel-Haryana Joint Working Group, presided over by Haryana Chief Secretary D S Dhesi.

The delegation from Israel was led by Deputy Chief of Mission, Embassy of Israel, Dana Kursh, an official release said.

The Chief Secretary reviewed the functioning of the 'Centres of Excellence' established at Sirsa and Gharaunda, besides other projects related to horticulture and animal husbandry launched by the Joint Working Group, it said.
 

It was also decided that the Group would meet once in every three months to review the projects.
