The Israeli military says it has carried out airstrikes on rocket launchers and militant sites in the Gaza Strip, following rocket fire from Gaza into Israel.
The military says it targeted nine sites in Gaza early today, including concealed rocket launchers, weapons manufacturing sites and what it called "terror activity" sites.
The previous evening, six rockets from Gaza struck Israel. Two of the rockets hit a factory in the town of Sderot, setting it ablaze.
