Additional Sessions Judge Kaveri Baweja fixed the matter for arguments on the charges after the case was committed to her court by the magisterial court.
Kazmi was arrested on March 6 and the police had claimed that on sustained interrogation, he had confessed to having conspired and facilitated the attack.
The Delhi Police had in its charge sheet filed in July named Kazmi as the sole accused in the case.
He has been charged under various provisions of the anti-terror law, Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) including the attempt to murder.
He has also been charge-sheeted under the provisions of the Explosive Substances Act.
The charge sheet also names Iranian nationals Houshang Afshar Irani, Masod Sedaghatzadeh, Syed Ali Mehdi Sadr and Mohammed Reza Abolghasemi as suspects in the case.
In its charge sheet, the police said Kazmi was in touch with Houshang Afshar Irani who had executed the terror attack on Isareli diplomat Yehoshua's car and Kazmi helped him.
