Press Trust of India Ranchi
Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today said issues related to land mutation will be resolved in the next three months through circle-wise campaigns.

A calendar would be made in this connection, an official release said quoting him.

To regularise the land on which any poor family has been living for a long time, he said the government would also make a survey of the land.

Camps would also be set up to enrol farmers in Fasal Bima Yozana, Das said at the 'Kisan Samwad' in which farmers across the state participated, besides senior officials.

A committee, headed by Chief Secretary Rajbala Verma has been set up to look into the Khasmahal land lease.

The Chief Minister asked the farmers not to be misled as some people did not want the poor, tribals and farmers as they want to put blocks on the path of development.

Das reiterated that land would not be taken without the permission of any owner and said schools, hospitals, roads, canals, Anganwadi and other facilities were to be constructed in the villages, benefiting the people, who need not go far away for education or treatment, the release said.

He said B Sc students would be imparted diploma course to get them associated with health centres. Nursing colleges were being started in nine districts.

Das said he would hold Kisan Samwad every six months while agriculture minister would address problems of farmers meeting them every three months, the release said.

The government was also pondering over a public-private-partnership to help farmers get the right price.
