Actress Zendaya Coleman says it is high time that people raise their voice against racism.
The 20-year-old star wants to raise awareness about how African-American men and women are affected by racism every day, reported FemaleFirst.
"It's important to raise your voice about issues you feel affected by. It happens to African-American men and women every day," she said.
The actress herself faced the racial discrimination when she recently visited a supermarket and claimed that she was refused service there because of the colour of her skin.
