Actor Andrew Garfield has said that kissing fellow actor Ryan Reynolds at the 2017 Golden Globes was a "ridiculous" thing.
While speaking on "The Graham Norton Show", the 33-year-old actor said that the PDA moment between him and the "Deadpool" star was actually planned by him but it changed eventually, reported E! Online.
"It was a ridiculous thing. I said to Ryan Reynolds, 'If you win, kiss me instead of your wife.' And he said, 'Yeah, that's great'," Andrew said laughingly.

The duo had planned that if Reynolds wins, once his name was called, he would lean towards his wife Blake Lively and then make a last-minute move to Garfield.
But when Reynolds lost the best actor in a musical or comedy award to Ryan Gosling, Garfield said, "I said to Ryan, 'We can still just do it' and he was game."
The "Hacksaw Ridges" actor added that they "we were so deep in the background so you kind of have to look and see if it was actually real" and it was the saving grace.
