iVoomi partners Hipad Techn for local smartphone manufacturing

The company unveiled 4G VoLTE enabled Me3 and Me3s smartphones built on Android Nougat 7.0

Smartphone company iVoomi has partnered with Greater Noida-based Hipad Technology for locally manufacturing its smartphones.

"We will make 99 per cent of phone sold in India locally. We have tied up with Hipad Technology, which makes Vivo and Xiaomi mobile phones, for manufacturing Me3 and Me3s smartphones," iVoomi India CEO Ashwin Bhandari said.

The company unveiled 4G VoLTE enabled Me3 and Me3s smartphones built on Android Nougat 7.0 with "unbreakable display" for Rs 5,499 amd Rs 6,499, respectively.

IVoomi's Me3 comes with 2GB RAM, 16 GB internal memory, 8 megapixel rear and front camera, while Me3S has 3GB RAM, 32 GB internal memory and 13 mp rear camera with Samsung Sensor and 8 mp front camera.
 

Both the mobile phones have 5.2-inch display, 3000 mAh battery with fast charging feature and mediatek quad core processor.

"These phones will be exclusively sold on Flipkart from September 7 and shipment will start same day as they are being made in India," Bhandari said.
