One person was killed and two others were injured when the scooty they were riding on collided with another one at Nagrota belt here.
Two scooties collided with each other last evening which resulted in the death of one Surinder Sharma. Two others were also injured in the incident, police said today.
The injured have been identified as Sanjay Bhan and Kartik Kaul. Both the injured were rushed to Government Medical College (GMC) hospital here, they said.
A case under relevant section has been registered at Police Station Nagrota, police said.
In another accident, two youths - Vikram Singh and Sandeep Singh - both residents of Ramban district were injured when the motorcycle they were riding on collided with a car at Seri Chamba area of the district, they said.
The injured were rushed to district hospital in Ramban where their condition was stated to be stable, police said.
The driver of the car has been detained for questioning, they said, adding, a case in this regard has been registered in Police Station Ramban.
