Wushu athletes, Bhanu Pratap Singh and Rajinder Singh, who recently won bronze medals at the world championship in Russia, were today felicitated by Jammu and Kashmir government.
Deputy Chief Minister Nirmal Singh hosted a reception in honour of the players here and also felicitated Indian coach Kuldeep Handoo on the occasion, an official release said.
Expressing happiness over the stellar performance of the athletes, the deputy chief minister assured the players of full support from the government.

The deputy chief minister also felicitated the president of state wushu association Vijay Saraf, who had accompanied the Indian team to Russia as lead official, a spokesperson said.
