Jammu and Kashmir government has ordered a change in office timing in the summer zone of Jammu division from May 1, an official spokesman said.
He said the new office timing for government offices and educational institutions will remain in effect from May 1 to September 30 and will be from 8 AM to 2 PM, he said.
He, however, said office timing in the winter zone of Jammu division will remain unchanged and will continue to be from 10 AM to 4 PM.
