J&K govt seeks proposals for quality education in madrasas

Jammu and Kashmir government has sought proposals for providing quality education in madrasas and for the development of infrastructure in minority institutions in the state.

As per a communique received from the Joint Director, Directorate of School Education here, proposalsaresought under the Scheme for Providing Quality Education in Madarsas (SPQEM).

It also said that proposals have been sought for the Infrastructure Development in Minority Institutions (Elementary/Secondary/Senior Secondary Schools) (IDMI) to be considered by the Central Grant in Aid Committee (CGIAC) during the year 2016-17.
