Rashid along with dozens of panchs, sarpanchs and volunteers from different districts of the Valley carried out a march in Lal Chowk on the occasion of 'World Human Rights Day' against the allegedly deteriorating human rights situation in the state.
The protesters were carrying banners seeking revocation of AFSPA and PSA.
They raised slogans demanding release of political prisoners, clemency for Afzal Guru and abolition of life imprisonment.
