Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti today paid rich tributes to the two soldiers who were killed in a militant attack on their convoy at Lower Munda near Qazigund on the Srinagar-Jammu national highway.
"It is unfortunate that an unending cycle of violence has got unleashed in our society which only spreads miseries and desperation," Mufti said.
The Chief Minister extended her heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families of the two deceased soldiers.
She also conveyed her sympathies to the four soldiers who were injured in the incident.
