"Demonstrations will be held at all the tehsil and district headquarters on July 4 to focus on the administrative chaos in the state that is manifesting itself in a variety of dimensions and resulting in increased misery for people", a PDP spokesman said.
The spokesman said the demonstrations will also focus on the "waywardness" of the ruling coalition, their failure to address the unemployment problem, and its single point response of using brute force to silence demands for better governance.
The crisis on water and power fronts, apart from alleged collapse of health and education systems in the state would also be raised during the demonstration, he added.
