The panel headed by Commissioner, Industries and Commerce department will undertake a study on all the cement factories in the state to assess the environmental pollution caused by these factories, Sheikh Mushtaq Ahmad, Secretary to Government, General Administration Department said.
It will submit its report to the Committee on Environment State Legislature within a period of one month, he said.
