Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today asked the state Information Technology department to set up free wi-fi services in main cities of the state.
He asked to begin the facility as pilot project while reviewing works of the Information Technology department, an official release said here.
Das also directed to expedite files and for select five departments including Personnel, IT and Industry, by December so that e-office could begin and files would move faster, the release said.

The IT department informed Das that digital on-line classes would begin soon and to begin with, all schools at panchayat headquarters would be connected, the release said.
Jharkhand Innovation Lab would begin by December last week for Start Up for which services from IIM, Ahmedabad would be taken, the release added.
