Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das Monday asked police to improve efficiency since the nature of crime is changing due to technological advancement.
While addressing the inaugural session of the 8th Women Police National Conference here, Das said security forces are facing new challenges everyday.
"We have to take the challenges as opportunities. Make your police personnel efficient in every way," Das said.
"There is immense potential for development in every region in Jharkhand. We have strength, possibility and chance. If we take the women of our state along, then nothing can stop us from being a developed state," an official release quoted Das as saying.
