Jharkhand government today placed a supplementary budget of Rs 1778.23 crore earmarking Rs 192.94 crore for non-plan and Rs 1585.29 crore under plan head.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Saryu Roy placed the supplementary budget for the current fiscal on the first day of the budget session with underlining Rs 400 crore for Transport department.
While Rs 96.52 crore have been earmarked for Human Resource Department, Rs 36.15 earmarked for the Home Department.
The other important allocations are Rs 318.15 crore for Water Resources Department, Rs 304.30 for Urban Development Department, Rs 150 crore for Rural Development Department and Rs 108 crore for Social Welfare department.
