Jharkhand government will spend Rs 25 crore this fiscal in making fishing nets and involve self-help groups to run canteens to be set up in all blocks, Chief Secretary Rajbala Verma said today.
In another decision, self-help groups would be made 'MG-NERGA mate', an official release said quoting her.
Issuing directions to officials concerned through video conferencing, Verma said the government's priority was to make village level organisations stronger and committed to train the youth to help them and make them employable.
Saying it was necessary to develop agriculture, health, education and skill development, she said the administration was responsible for 100 per cent implementation of developmental works.
