The 500-bed Sadar hospital n Ranchi will now run under the supervision of the state health department.
It was decided today at A Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Raghubar Das.
Earlier in January 2014 it had been decided that the hospital would be run on public-private-partnership.

The cabinet also decided to create 244 additional posts of officials and employees for the ACB, an official release said here.
It approved Rs 40 crore for a building to house Hazaribagh Collectorate and Rs 27 crore for non-residential buildings at Chakradharpur sub-divisional court in Chaibasa.
The cabinet also approved implementation of Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Equal Rights & Full Participation), 1995 in government services and educational institutions, the release added.
