Appreciating Prime Minister Narendra Modi's decision to do away with Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 notes, Jharkhand Assembly Speaker Dinesh Oraon today said the step will help usher in corruption-free India.
In his inaugural address to the Winter Session of the Assembly, Oraon said the demonetisation decision had left profiteers and black market sleepless, while hitting hard the terrorists and extremists.
He said terrorism and extremism would be reined in following the decision.
