The 26-year-old reality TV star, who recently welcomed a daughter with fiancee Lisa Stelly, said he was suffering from the condition since last month after he lost 60 per cent vision in his right eye, reported People magazine.
"I was just angry and frustrated and kept thinking, 'Why now?' I've got a family and that's what's supposed to be the most important thing," he said.
He is being treated in the same hospital where his daughter Pearl Clementine was born in April.
