The 26-year-old actor wed the model-and-actress on the Kona-Kohala coast of West Hawaii yesterday, reported Daily Mail.
The nuptials were witnessed by 48 guests, including the couple's six-month-old daughter Pearl, Jack's famous parents Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, sister Kelly Osbourne, who was a bridesmaid, and her boyfriend Matthew Mosshart.
It was speculated last week that the couple, who got engaged last September, were to marry over the weekend.
Jack, 26, recently said planning the wedding had helped him stay positive after he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
"It is something great to focus on. Even when I was at the hospital, we were discussing the plans. It is going to be great," he had said.
