Jackson Robert Scott joins horror series 'Locke and Key'

Child star Jackson Robert Scott has been roped in to play one of the key roles in Hulu's upcoming horror/fantasy series "Locke and Key".

The show will mark the reunion of the youngster with his "It" director Andy Muschietti, who is helming the pilot, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

"Locke and Key" revolves around three siblings who, after the gruesome murder of their father, move to their ancestral home in Maine only to find the house has magical keys that give them a vast array of powers.

Scott will play the pivotal role of an eight-year-old boy named, Bode Locke, the youngest in the Locke family.
 

His credits also include episodes of "Fear the Walking Dead" and "Criminal Minds".
