Actress Jada Pinkett Smith became nostalgic and emotional when she revisited her former high school to give a speech recently.
The 42-year-old star, who returned to her former school at Baltimore, was grateful to have got the opportunity to speak to the students, reported Contactmusic.
"To return to a place where I hadn't realised I was still so deeply rooted, with all the tangible history and memories, was a bit overwhelming but a beautiful reminder of how it all began and who was there for me in the beginning. I am grateful for the experience," Jada posted on Facebook.
"The night was nostalgic, emotional and a true reminder that life is about making a beautiful patchwork of events that will belong to you for an eternity. I've lived a lot of life, and I am grateful to still be here to say so," she added.
