Jain Irrigation today said it has received an order worth Rs 183 crore to implement a water supply project in Jalgoan, Maharashtra.
"Jain Irrigation has been awarded a contract of Jalgoan city water supply scheme under the Amrut Abhiyan Yojana," the company said in the filing.
This will benefit more than 75,000 households. The project involves design and construction of 661 km of pipeline and required elevated storage reservoirs and pump houses, it said.

The project is to be completed in 24 months.
In the last one month, this is the third major project in water supply sector been awarded to the pipe division of the company.
Jain Irrigation makes micro-irrigation systems, PVC and HDPE pipes, plastic sheets and agro-processed products, among others.
