Jain Irrigation's processed food exports to cross Rs 600 cr

The food processing division of Jain Irrigation Systems said here today that its business has grown at a CAGR of 15 per cent in the last five years and is targeted to grow to Rs 900 crore this year, with exports pegged at Rs 600 crore.

"Our food processing division business is targeted to grow to Rs 900 crore in FY15, with exports pegged at Rs 600 crore. The revenue stood at Rs 663 crore and exports at Rs 418 crore in FY14," a company official said here.

Jain Irrigation is the largest onion and vegetable processor in the country and the second largest in the world with two units in India and one in the USA. It is also India's largest processor of fruits and the world's leading mango processor, with three manufacturing facilities in India.
 

Jain Irrigation supplies processed fruits and vegetables under the brand name 'Farm Fresh' to world renowned companies like Coca Cola, Nestle, Premier Foods, Unilever and Almarai.
