Jain Irrigation today announced that its Mexican subsidiary NaanDaan Jain has bagged an order worth USD 24 million from the Honduras government.
The company apprised stock exchanges of the deal, saying the Mexican firm secured the contract from the agriculture ministry of Honduras, the BSE filing said.
The Maharashtra-based Jain Irrigation is into manufacturing of micro-irrigation systems, PVC and HDPE pipes, plastic sheets, agro-processed products, renewable energy solutions, tissue culture plants, financial services and other agri-inputs.
Stock of Jain irrigation closed 0.05 per cent down at Rs 95.35 on the BSE today.
