The 34-year-old actor took Benson to a midnight screening of 'Skyfall' but the pair could not keep their eyes open and kept nodding off throughout the film, reported Showbiz spy.
"They tried to stay incognito catching a late show together. But both James and Ashley fell asleep. They were woken up by theatre staff at the end of the movie," a source said.
Franco was first linked to 'Pretty Little Liars' actress in September and the pair are said to be smitten with each other.
"They have been seeing each other for a little over a month, but things are going well," the source added.
