Director James Gunn has provided a special script to Vin Diesel for his character of Groot, a sentient tree-like creature, in "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2".
The 46-year-old screenwriter James shared a picture on Instagram which features a special screenplay that only him and Vin have.
"This is the special Groot version of the script that only @vindiesel and I have, where every Groot line is printed in English instead of Groot, so Vin will know what the various 'I am Groot's mean. I love putting this thing together," he wrote.
"Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2" also stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Bradley Cooper, Karen Gillan and Michael Rooker, who are set to reprise their roles as Peter Quill aka Star-Lord, Gamora, Drax, the voice of Rocket, Nebula and Yondu, respectively. They are joined by Pom Klementieff, Kurt Russell, Tommy Flanagan and Sylvester Stallone.
The second "Guardians of the Galaxy" film will hit theatres on May 5 next year in the US.
