Vice-Chancellor of Jammu University R D Sharma today called on Governor N N Vohra at the Raj Bhavan and discussed issues related to the functioning of the varsity.
The Governor, who is also Chancellor of the University, held extensive discussions with Sharma regarding several important issues relating to the functioning of the University including off-site campuses.
Vohra reiterated his concern about the need for maintaining high standards of discipline and academic excellence by the students and the faculties.
