'Jan Jatiya Mahotsav' to host foreign tribal visitors

Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das today said foreign tribals would be invited to the 'Tribal Jan Jatiya Mahotsav', with an aim to highlight Jharkhand.

Das said this during a discussion with two officials of the Indian Foreign Service - Biswadip Dey and Anju Ranjan, who also hail from the state, an official release said here.

Ambassadors and students from foreign countries would be invited to the festival to highlight the culture and civilisation of the state, it said.

There is potential for export from Jharkhand if products are made as per the demand of foreign markets, the officials said, adding, they would put forth the proposition to the visitors.
