'Jan sandesh padyatra' concludes in Amethi

Congress today concluded its four-day march across Amethi parliamentary Constituency to apprise people about the works done by UPA-II government.

Hundreds of party activists covered 470 villages of 17 blocks in the Constituency during 'Jan Sandesh Padyatra', Congress leader and representative of Amethi MP Rahul Gandhi, Chandrakant Dubey said.

Party activists were also conveyed the vision of Congress as well as Rahul Gandhi during the 'yatra', Dubey said.

They were also apprised about the works done by UPA-II government, he said.

Congress looks bound to accelerate its poll campaign here after the well-organised campaign made by AAP leader Kumar Vishwas.
 

BJP has still to declare its candidate for Amethi.
