A contractual sub-engineer with the Janpad Panchayat here was caught red-handed today while he was allegedly taking a bribe of Rs 10,000.
Santkumar Pandram had demanded a bribe of Rs 20,000 from Satyendra Thakur, husband of Sagar village panchayat sarpanch for clearing his bill for the supply of material used for digging wells under Nirmal Neer Scheme.
