"Two and a Half Men" star Melanie Lynskey is engaged to actor Jason Ritter.
While speaking with Hollywood Today Live, the 39-year-old actress revealed that Ritter is now her fiance, reported People magazine.
"Now he's my fiance, she said before adding, "Yes, I know, I'm announcing it."
Lynskey said Ritter proposed her "on the sofa".
"It was cute," she added.
The proposal came as a surprise to Lynskey, who admitted that she had no idea that it was coming.
According to the actress, the two have been dating for four years and met when they were doing a movie together.
