Minister for Environment, Forests & Climate Change, Prakash Jawadekar today said he would look into Maharashtra's projects with an open mind in a transparent manner, and convey approvals as soon as possible.
Javadekar today held a review meeting with Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis in Mumbai.
The meeting came in the backdrop of hopes of new government in Maharashtra fast-tracking some of the key infrastructure development projects, an official said.

Javadekar promised to look into the state's projects with an open mind in a transparent manner, and convey approvals as soon as possible.
He said the online application process has enabled applicants to track the status of their projects on real time basis. So far, 270 applications were received, he said.
Fadnavis said the state government will submit a consolidated report to the Union ministry in 15 days on environmental clearance pending for various projects of state government.
Maharashtra Chief Secretary Swadheen Kshatriya, senior officials of the Maharashtra Government, MMRDA, BMC, MSRDC, JNPT attended the meeting.
