JCB opens integrated dealer facilities in Bhopal & Varanasi

UK-based construction and agriculture machinery manufacturer JCB today announced the opening of integrated dealer facilities at Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh and at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

"Built by JCB's dealers - My JCB (Bhopal) and Raj JCB (Varanasi) respectively... These dealership facilities are fully equipped with international standard servicing for JCB customers to provide them with one stop solution for Service and JCB Genuine Parts," the company said in a statement.

My JCB is spread across 29,000 square feet of area while Raj JCB is spread across a built up area of 24,000 square feet and and are equipped with JCB standardised systems to provide a one-stop solution for JCB customers, the company said.
 

It added that both the facilities are equipped with fully automated pneumatic systems for crane, welding bay, washing bay, Engine repair room besides computer equipped training rooms and dedicated engine service areas.

JCB India MD & CEO Vipin Sondhi said, "JCB believes in 'One Global Quality' and manufactures world class equipment from state of the art facilities in India. We also innovate, design and produce machines for best fuel efficiency... We are sure these state of the art facilities will help provide even better service to our valued customers."
