JCCI delegation calls on Omar in Jammu

A delegation of newly-elected office-bearers of Jammu Chamber of Commerce and Industries (JCCI), led by its president Rakesh Gupta this evening called on Chief Minister Omar Abdullah here and discussed matters relating to the development of trade, commerce and industry.

Legislator and National Conference Jammu Provincial president Devender Singh Rana was also present in the meeting.

They also discussed issues relating to cross-LoC trade and those pertaining to the welfare of trading community.

The JCCI, while expressing gratitude to the Chief Minister for his efforts and keen interest in the development of trade, commerce and industry in the state, sought his continuous support for the uplift of trading and industrial community as well as the industrial sector.
 

The other members of the delegation included senior JCCI vice president Sham Lal Langer, junior vice president Deepak Aggarwal, secretary general Arun Gupta, secretary Rahul Mahajan and treasurer Ashu Gupta.
