Jeera prices drifted lower by 0.68 per cent to Rs 16,730 per quintal in futures trade today as participants trimmed their positions, triggered by easing domestic and exports demand in the spot market.
At the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, jeera for delivery in October fell by Rs 115, or 0.68 per cent, to Rs 16,730 per quintal, with an open interest of 8,274 lots.
