Jeera futures up good demand

Jeera prices rose by Rs 105 to Rs 20,340 per quintal in futures market amid good domestic and exports demand.

At the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, jeera for November scaled higher by Rs 105, or 0.52 per cent, to trade at Rs 20,340 per quintal with an open interest of 6,735 lots.

Similarly, the spice for December moved up by Rs 60, or 0.29 per cent, to trade at Rs 20,700 per quintal in 2,607 lots.
