The 43-year-old former 'Friends' star has faced persistent speculation that she is pregnant since she began dating her fiance Justin Theroux last year, reported Contactmusic.
It was reported earlier this month that she is expecting twins after she was spotted wearing over-sized clothes.
"She is not pregnant and shame on them for once again making up the whole story," her representative said.
